4 PEOPLE AT THE TRANSITION AERA: 5AM-NOON: SEE ABOVE ON TRANSITION AREA

2 PEOPLE AT THE WATER STATION AT THE FINISH AREA AND AT THE REFRESHMENTS AREA: Maintain the water station at the finish area and maintain the swimming pools by filling with bottled water and Gatorades. Help with the Refreshments area before the Participants are finishing and please see Eileen Cox.

8 PEOPLE BODY MARKING THE PARTICIPANTS FROM 5:15-6:45AM: This will take place outside the transition area. Please look for the flags along the transition area. After they are done, they can be the run course marshals.

People doing the body marking can be the COURSE MARSHALS ON THE RUN COURSE MUST BE 18 AND OLDER: BE IN POSITION BY 7:45AM. PEASE SEE ENCLOSED MAP.

5 PARKING ATTENDANTS: 5-6:45AM: PLEASE SEE THE ENCLOSED MAP. THIS IS FREE PARKING FOR THE VOLUNTEERS AND PARTICIPANTS.

2 people at American Legion parking lot
3 people at the Riverboat on the Potomac: They can only park on the grass area? No parking on the gravel area.

AFTER THE 5 VOLUNTEERS ARE DONE AT THE PARKING ATTENDENTS THEY NEED TO GO TO THE FOLLOWING.

3 people at the bike start/finish area on Colonial Ave (near the Porta Johns) from 6:50am till the last cyclist are in.

2 people at the run course turnaround: 8am till the last runner’s turnaround
